What came across our counter this week
A short note on each visit, written the same day. What the customer brought in, how we tested it and what we offered. That includes the times our honest answer was "this is worth more to you than to us" or "this one is plated."

Why we publish these
Because "trust us" isn't proof
Every gold and silver buyer says they pay a fair price. Very few show you what they actually tested, how they priced it, or the times they told someone not to sell. These check-ins are the closest thing we have to proof. Each one is dated and specific, and the ordinary visits are in there alongside the big buys.
