What we collect
When you call us, book online, or send a message through this site, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about what you need. We collect this so we can answer you and do what you asked.
Our website also records standard technical information — the pages you visited, roughly where in the world the request came from, and what browser you used. This is aggregate traffic data. It is not tied to your name.
What we use it for
Answering your request, providing what you asked for, invoicing it, and answering follow-up questions. We keep a record of what we did for you so we can help next time; if you ask us not to, we will not.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a lead broker.
The only third parties who touch it are the services we need to operate — scheduling software, payment processing, and the phone system — and only to the extent required to do their part. We disclose information to law enforcement only where the law requires it.
Your rights
Texas residents may have the right to know what personal information a business has collected about them, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
